The Ulton Race Day is back on Saturday 20 June

Enjoy 5 local races, bars, canteen by The Bundy Burger Company, bookmakers, TAB, and the 2025/26 Premiership Awards. 

Private bookings are available on the Terrace and at reserved tables inside the Clubhouse (until sold out).
Private Bookings have the opportunity to pre-purchase catering and drinks for the complete day out. 

General Admission tickets available online or at the gate on race day.
Gates open at 11:00. Event concludes at 5:30 pm. 

Bookings Terms and Conditions
  • There are no refunds on pre-purchased tickets in the event of a cancellation or no-show
  • No food or drinks can be brought into the racecourse. Bags and eskies will be checked by security upon arrival. No alcohol may be removed from the venue.  
  • In the event of wet weather, the race day still goes ahead as scheduled. If the track is too wet and becomes unsafe, the local races may be abandoned and we would run a 'phantom meeting'. This means the facilities are still open including the bar, bookmakers, and kitchen--but there are no local races. Bets can still be taken on southern race meetings. No refunds will be issued for pre-purchased tickets or bookings in the event of a no-show or cancellation; and the gate price remains unchanged to cover costs of insurance/security and the other facilities operating on the day. Decisions on the safety of the track are made on the morning of race day, and are re-evaluated throughout the day.
  • General Admission ticket holders are not guaranteed a seat. Seating on the public lawn is limited and cannot be reserved. If you would like to guarantee yourself a seat on race day, you need to make a private booking (clubhouse, lawn marquees, and terraces). 
Please note: the Ulton Marquee is a private function and Ulton Marquee tickets cannot be purchased by the public. There is no public Fashions on the Field competition on Ulton Race Day (Bundy Social Club Fashions on the Field returns on Melbourne Cup Day - Tuesday 3 November).
