Enjoy your Christmas Party at the final race day for 2026 at the Sportsbet Bundaberg Race Club.

Includes 5 local races, bars, bookmakers, TAB, canteen, and gate raffle. 

A variety of tables bookings and private areas are available until sold out.

Private bookings have the opportunity to add catering platters to be delivered to their table, or catered lunch is included in the XXXX Marquee. 

This is a very popular event, so we advise booking early to avoid dissapointment. 

General Admission tickets are available online or at the gate on race day. Gates open at 11:00. Event concludes at 5:30 pm. 

Bookings Terms and Conditions
  • There are no refunds on pre-purchased tickets in the event of a cancellation or no-show (unless booking insurance is purchased when booking online).  
  • No food or drinks can be brought into the racecourse. Bags and eskies may be checked by security upon arrival. No alcohol may be removed from the event. 
  • In the event of wet weather, the race day still goes ahead as scheduled. If the track is too wet and becomes unsafe, the local races may be abandoned and we would run a 'phantom meeting'. This means the facilities are still open including the bar, bookmakers, canteen, and bookings--but there are no local races. Bets can still be taken on southern race meetings. No refunds will be issued for pre-purchased tickets or bookings in the event of a no-show or cancellation; and the gate price remains unchanged to cover costs of insurance/security and the other facilities operating on the day. Decisions on the safety of the track are made on the morning of race day, and are re-evaluated throughout the day.
  • General Admission ticket holders are not guaranteed a seat. Seating under the betting ring and on the public lawn is limited and cannot be reserved. If you would like to guarantee yourself a seat on race day, you need to make a private booking.
